SMT Awards honor state's best and brightest in STEM



Each year, the SMT Center offers awards that recognize individuals and organizations for their extraordinary contributions to science, technology, engineering and mathematics in North Carolina. This Saturday (April 28), the 12th annual celebration shines a spotlight on the achievements of North Carolina’s STEM students, educators, and organizations. In addition to recognizing winning students and teachers across the state, the SMT Center also will highlight awardees through video presentations. Apply for BWF CASMT grants next month

The Career Award for Science and Mathematics Teachers is a five-year award available to outstanding science and/or mathematics teachers in North Carolina public primary and secondary schools. Applications open end of May.
